Refund or Return policy:

At Wonder Hair we do not offer any refunds. We do offer store credit for which you can use the credit to exchange for another product within our product collection equivalent to the store credit amount.

For the store credit to be approved you will have to make sure of the following:

1-Product should not be used, styled, washed, hair sprayed, damaged, cut, brushed or coloured.

2-Please make sure you shoot an unboxing video of the package once received so that there is a record of how the product was delivered to you.

3-Return/refund policy will not be applicable after 5 days of delivery.

4-The buyer must bare the courier charges to send the product back to us. Once we receive the product we will do a quality check and then decide if the store credit is applicable towards that purchase or not. If the received product does not meet our quality standards then we will send the product back to you and the store credit will not be applicable for the same.

5-The Return/refund policy will be applicable only for Hair Toppers and Wigs purchased online. 

6-Return policy is applicable on products only if a wrong product or a damaged product was sent to you.Please contact us directly on +91 89716 48913 or email us at support@wonderhair.in to resolve such issues if any.

7-Products purchased on sale,pop-ups or in-person at our Wonder Hair Studio are not eligible for refund/return as they are considered as final sale items.
